Terms & Conditions

To secure your booking, a £20.00 deposit is required. This deposit will reserve your wedding date in my diary and will be deducted from the remaining balance on your wedding day. Upon receiving this deposit, I will promptly follow up to confirm its received and secure your booking in my diary. This deposit is non refundable.

Payment Schedule: Trial Payment: Payment for your trial is due by the day of the trial.

Wedding Day Payment: The final payment for the wedding day services is due up to 2 days before your wedding date.

I will send you an invoice with all the necessary banking details. Please note that all payments are to be made via BACS transfer.

Travel and Equipment: I will travel to you with my complete kit and equipment, which includes all necessary hair and makeup tools, a makeup chair, and lighting equipment.

Trials: Bridal hair and makeup trials will take place in the comfort of your home.

Wedding Day: On the day/morning of your wedding, I will travel to you and set up. All I ask is for there to be a comfortable space with adequate lighting for me (and any assistants, if applicable) to set up. When booking with me, please provide information about where you will be getting ready, whether it is at home, a hotel room, or a designated suite at your venue.

Timing Schedule: I will create a timing schedule for all services to ensure that the getting-ready process runs smoothly.

Accessibility: If you have any accessibility constraints, please inform me prior to the day so that I can accommodate them in the time schedule.

Precautions: It's essential that clients inform me of any allergies or medical conditions, such as the flu, cold sores, conjunctivitis, or any other easily transmissible conditions.

Due to the highly contagious nature of conjunctivitis, I will not be able to provide makeup services to anyone showing symptoms of this condition on the wedding morning.

All travel is charged at £0.45 per mile after the first 15 miles. Travel is calculated from my home address.

Additional Charges:

Any parking and toll fees will be charged additionally if applicable. These will be discussed and agreed upon prior to your wedding.

Within 3 months of the wedding date: If you cancel within 1 month of the wedding date, the full payment for the agreed services will be required.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (e.g., severe illness, natural disasters), please contact me as soon as possible to discuss options. I will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling without additional fees, but this will be subject to availability.
